Felicity Miles

Research Assistant

Felicity is a Research Assistant at CFRE. Felicity is passionate about understanding and achieving systemic change through identifying how services can improve integration and enhance efficiency for service users. She cares deeply about collaboration and bringing together multiple forms of knowledge including lived experience to enhance services to effectively use resources to further social justice.

Felicity has experience working with Melbourne University, Swinburne University’s Centre for Social Impact, and the Brotherhood of St Laurence’s Social Policy and Research Centre where she worked in researching a National collective impact Initiative, the ‘National Youth Employment Body’. She has worked alongside youth practitioners and directly with young people in understanding and ideating solutions to the systemic barriers they face. She is skilled in and experienced in conducting literature reviews, designing research methodologies, writing and reforming theories of change, collecting qualitative data (particularly conducting interviews and focus groups), data analysis (particularly thematic analysis), and report writing.
