A Walk Through Health Evaluation

A Walk Through Health:

In November 2020 CFRE commenced a partnership with Wyndham Community & Education Centre (Wyndham CEC) to evaluate their health literacy program, A Walk Through Health. Delivered in partnership with Mercy Health, the program aims to address unmet health and well-being needs of culturally diverse community members in the City of Wyndham.

A Walk Through Health and the concurrent evaluation are funded to be delivered until June 2022. The program will be implemented in two separate streams – “A Walk Through Women’s Health” and “A Walk Through Men’s Health,” engaging distinct women and men cohorts.

CFRE is excited to be working alongside the program team to support ongoing program development and to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of culturally diverse women and men in Wyndham.
