At CFRE, we share insights from our research and evaluation projects to promote the broader knowledge of the sector and ensure that our findings reach and benefit the broader community who were participants in these projects. For instance, we share detailed findings on surveys concerning the mental health of LGBTIQ+ communities. Additionally, we provide valuable learnings from research and evaluation. This includes strategies for effective program evaluation, data collection, and analysis, and how to embed evaluation practices within organisations. We also share organisational learnings, for example, how Drummond Street adapted to global health challenges like COVID-19 and responded flexibly to needs.
Our focus on knowledge sharing is driven by the belief that collective wisdom leads to greater innovation, personal growth, and professional development.
We present at conferences, deliver workshops and interactive seminars that encourage active participation and idea exchange. Our publicly available interactive online reports and peer reviewed research articles further extend our reach and allow professionals, researchers and community to access our findings.
Our focus on knowledge sharing is driven by the belief that collective wisdom leads to greater innovation, personal growth, and professional development.
Our work helps professionals learn more about marginalised communities, leading to stronger decision-making and improved outcomes. By sharing our insights about community well-being, evaluation strategies and organisational responses to global health issues, we hope to drive positive change and enhance the well-being of the families and communities that organisations serve.
