Implementation Support

What we do

CFRE has supported the implementation of services within Drummond Street for several years. This includes support for innovative projects working across family violence, mental health, housing/homelessness and AOD and extensive work with project partners across sites throughout Victoria.

How we do it

Our Practice and Program Implementation Lead works closely with teams across the organisation to support the implementation of Drummond Street’s practice and the development of new programs. Given that we work so extensively across a range of programs and services, we understand the unique challenges faced by non-profit organisations in implementing new programs and services and in maintaining high quality, consistent practice.  We provide:

Tailored Solutions: We know that organisations, and different teams within them, have different needs when it comes to successful implementation. Our team works closely with program staff and managers to make sure that the implementation support we provide is fit for purpose and meaningful.

Expert Guidance: Our staff have a deep understanding of the non-profit sector, through work with Drummond Street and with a number of organisations across Australia. We provide practical advice and hands-on support to guide you through the implementation of practice, programs, systems or processes.

Training and Practice Development: Drawing on expertise from our Practice Development and Training team, we are able to draw on specialist skills, tools and practices to maximise implementation success.

Measuring Success: Drawing on the skills and knowledge of our Evidence and Evaluation team, we are able to support the implementation of evaluation to sit alongside program implementation so that you can measure success and to enable continuous improvement processes.

Our impact

Our team has supported the implementation of a range of innovative program responses for marginalised communities, enabling access to tailored services for communities who have typically been excluded from services and service responses.

We have also supported the establishment and success of several partnership programs, working with project partners to establish connection, braid knowledge and enable successful partnerships.
